I used them in this self-portrait/HUD art:

My guess would be no, you could not use them for a commercial product "as is" not without permission from Paramount Pictures or Marvel Studios. But if you alter them in a significant way, you probably could use them. I'm pretty sure a major game studio did this with my Ironman shapes last year. But I'd still ask somebody with legal experience to be safe.
