Hmm, is there a way to make or transfer a csh file into a different format to be used by other programs, such as Paint Shop Pro?

Not directly. Csh files are PS resource files. But the shapes can be ported out to Illustrator from inside of PS or saved in files that can be converted into formats other programs can access.

I'm an independent who leans more to the right on most issues. Which doesn't mean I ignore the fact that the GOP and their other "brands" are now extremist political organizations with self serving, dangerous agendas. So no, I'm not a democrat and yes, I absolutely refuse to support or aid any brand of conservatism or those who advocate it.
